Break bread with us as we celebrate the diversity of GS! We will also facilitate a card-writing campaign to local military veterans of the Borden Avenue Veterans Residence – come share your appreciation and good thoughts!
Registration not required, but appreciated!
We encourage each of you to bring a dish – a family recipe, your mom’s secret dessert, or even a holiday favorite! The idea of the event is to showcase and sample the many diverse cultures and cuisines reperesented amongst our GS student population.
Recipes for the dishes will be collected and considered as part of a larger project to create a published GS Family Cookbook, with eventual proceeds benefitting the CU Foodbank.
If you are interested in bringing a dish, please, e-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. If you’re not able contribute a dish, please consider attending anyway! This event will have some supplemental food available through the generous co-sponsorship of the GS Student Council.
FOOD BANK DONATIONS WILL BE COLLECTED AT THIS EVENT -please bring any unperishables you can spare. The event is open to all GS students and administrators, friends, families! See you this Saturday!
*The GS Lounge is accessible.
